Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately and we'll pro-rate any difference.
Admin users have full access to manage the account, billing, and settings. Fire marshals can log checks, view schedules, and record inspections but can't change account settings.
Annual plans include online Fire Marshal Training for 3 people, covering fire prevention, emergency procedures, and evacuation leadership. Worth £150+ if purchased separately.
